The Dublin Fringe Festival started in 1995 and has expanded into a 16 day event held every September. It has since developed in to one of the most popular festivals in Europe.
There are a variety of acts and performances that take place during the festival with music, dance and art and live entertainment on show. The performances change each year with new acts and shows to see, for the latest performances you should visit the official website.
The venues vary depending on the type of show, but they all take place around the city centre. There is an interactive map available here that shows the location of the various venues throughout Dublin and also the shows that are taking place there. |
